GET INVOLVED: VENDORS & SPONSORS

Join us in supporting our community at the free Back-to-School Bash on August 8, 2026! We are currently seeking local partners to help make this event a success:

Vendors & Food Trucks: There are no vendor fees for this community-focused event! We are actively seeking food trucks, artisans, and independent vendors. (Note: An active Edgewood business license is required to participate; let us know if you need assistance obtaining one.) The town of Edgewood is requiring this.

Host an Activity Booth: We invite sponsors to set up and run a fun, creative children's activity booth for local students.

Sponsorships & Donations: Boost your brand's visibility while directly supporting local families through financial sponsorship, in-kind donations, or volunteer groups.

How to Apply

To secure your spot or discuss partnership opportunities, email ncaudill@eastmountainfoodpantry.com with your business/organization name and your proposed activity, service category, or support level. Donations can also be made directly on this page!
