Help us reach our goal of distributing AT LEAST 100 food and supply packs to student in our community!
VENDORS
We are excited to host local vendors, food trucks, and talented entertainers for our free community event on August 8, 2026.
Because this is a community-focused event, we are not charging any vendor fees. To participate, please note the following:
We are currently seeking food trucks, artisans, and independent vendors. We are also looking for local face painters, musicians, and other performers to bring energy to the event.
All vendors and food trucks must provide proof of an active Edgewood business license to be eligible for participation.
Please reach out to ncaudill@eastmountainfoodpantry.com to express interest. In your email, include your business name, your service category, and a copy of your active Edgewood business license.

We are seeking corporate partners! This is a unique opportunity to enhance your brand’s visibility while directly supporting the families in our community.
Host an Activity Booth: We invite sponsors to set up and operate a children’s activity booth. You have the creative freedom to choose and facilitate your own fun, engaging activity for local students.
Sponsorship & Donations: If your organization is looking for volunteer opportunities or wishes to provide financial or in-kind donations to support the event, we would love to collaborate with you.

If you prefer to make physical donations of school supplies or food items, we are currently looking for the following:
Food Items: Pancake mixes, hamburger helpers, Rice-a-roni, Ravioli, spagettios, granola bars, protein bars, oatmeal, rice, beans, individual sized snacks, and single serve mac and cheese.
School Supplies: Pens, pencils, rulers, notebooks, loose leaf paper, pencil bag/box, markers, crayons, backpacks, and binders.
